We were engaged by a Private Investor to locate a site and construct an industrial building to add to their investment portfolio. After gaining a thorough understanding of their objectives, we worked together through project feasibility, the design and approvals process and construction.
Located on the border of Luscombe and Yatala in Queensland, the site acquired for this project was 4,000sqm with a usable site area of 3,322sqm. The facility built was a 2,098sqm industrial duplex which included a warehouse, office and amenities.
The project was meticulously designed to suit requirements in the current market. This ensured our client secured a tenant prior to construction completion. Whilst under construction, we adopted numerous changes to meet the incoming Tenant's requirements.
